A screen is a filter over public data. This one tells you exactly which filter it applied, what each company scored against it, and where the data itself should not be trusted.
The seven screens
Each has its own page listing every rule it applies and why it applies it.
NCAV, negative enterprise value, the Acquirer's Multiple, the Simple Way, a combined core-value gate, and two LEAP strategies. Each is a published rule set, not a proprietary blend, and each rule is shown with the value it was tested against.
Every threshold is yours
Sixty-two tunable numbers, from Graham's two-thirds rule to the delta band on an option. Change one and the next scan uses it. The panel only shows the thresholds the selected screen actually tests.
Near misses, not just winners
A company that failed one or two rules is listed with what it failed and by how much, in plain English — 'needs at least 0.5, has −0.29'. Open it and you get the full company, its criteria and an analyst note, exactly like a match.
Option contract analysis
For the LEAP screens the chain is pulled for names that clear the fundamental gate. No quote source ships greeks, so implied volatility is inverted from the mid price and delta computed from it, alongside effective leverage, extrinsic value, breakeven CAGR and implied-vs-realised volatility. Each contract scores out of 20.
Special situations and catalysts
Negative enterprise value, net cash above the market cap, net-nets, EV/EBITDA under 3x, FCF yield over 15%, below tangible book, buybacks and insider buying — flagged on every scan. Catalysts a screener can genuinely see are a rule, not a footnote.
Analyst notes from the numbers
A written note on any company, built only from that scan's output — what carries the thesis, what contradicts it, what would falsify it, and what you still have to read the filings for. It reconciles the data first and says which figures it does not trust.
Data you can distrust properly
Financials and REITs flagged as incomparable on book value. ADRs and mixed reporting currencies FX-adjusted, with a market-cap consistency check when the share count and the quote disagree. Missing data fails a rule rather than quietly passing it.
Runs and notes kept in your account
Every scan is saved and can be reopened exactly as it was, on any device. Every note you generate is stored so rereading it costs nothing.
