Privacy policy

Your email address and a hashed password, held by Supabase, so you can sign in. Your credit balance and a ledger of every credit granted or spent. A record of each purchase: the Stripe identifier, amount, currency and date. Ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and debugging.

We do not collect card numbers. Payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

Authenticate you, meter your usage, take payment, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Fly.io (hosting), and OpenAI — which receives the screening output of a company when you generate an analyst note. Note requests contain public financial figures, not your identity.

Past scans are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require. You may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account by writing to support@deepvalue.example.

A session token to keep you signed in, and a theme preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
